These limited edition gymnastics sessions are a favorite every season and we are honored to offer these exclusively to the Elmwood Gymnasts! In addition, for every order over $100, $10 goes directly back to the team to support the gymnasts. 💕 Each sitting fee session is $79, it includes 3-5 poses, a fully edited gallery to proof and a $50 image credit.

 

Each session is short, relaxed, and full of fun energy (we’re pros at bringing out their real smiles and personality!). You’ll have a private session with studio lighting and artistic posing that make every gymnast — from tiny tumblers to seasoned competitors — look their absolute best!

THE SESSION:

​

The studio is located in MidCity and the sessions are planned consecutively in intervals of 10 minutes. We'll work together to capture 3-5 poses in their 2025-2026 competition leotard. If you see a single day is full please reach out to Jillian to check on availability to accommodate an additional time slot. For additional variety, siblings or friends sessions please book more than one time slot back-to-back. The sessions are exclusively offered at this special pricing when booked through this link. If a gymnast needs a session booked outside of the dates provided sessions would start at $250 for a private booking.

 

A few notable details:

​

1. Please have your gymnast prepare 1-3 poses in advance for the session. If your gymnast practices the pose in advance then we will be able to move through multiple poses within your session time.

2. We have a restroom to change at the studio but please arrive in advance of the session to be ready to walk on set for your scheduled time.

3. We have a variety of products to choose from to showcase your gymnast's portraits; these options can be purchased in the gallery store where the images are previewed and ordered.

4. ICE credit can be used for booking. Use the coupon code ICE2026 at checkout.

5. Want more time or have siblings? Book 2 slots to have both individual images and sibling images captured. Friends can book slots back to back and capture a photo together too.

6. You can expect a gallery link roughly 7-10 days after your session via email. Once delivered, you will be able to "shop" the gallery and use the $50 image credit.

NOTE: We have a $35 reschedule fee. In the event for any reason need to change your session to the alternate available session date there is a $35 change session date fee within the week of the session.

 

Booking tip: If you look at the schedule and need a time slot earlier or later than what is available, please check with Jillian to see if your time can be accommodated. For example if the first session is for 9:00am and you can come for 8:30am then we can generally add that time to the day.
